NU Fitness & Pilates Health and safety guidelines
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, NU Fitness and Pilates has importantly implemented new procedures to ensure social distancing, hygiene and safety, with consideration of cleaning protocols and client flow, allowing our NU Fitness community to return to the studio confidently.
NU Reformer and Fitness Studio Protocols:
Socially distanced reformer beds, props and gym equipment throughout the studio spaces - all clients have their own area
Extra sanitation stations throughout the space
Extra time allocated for cleaning equipment, distancing and safe client flow
Grip socks available for purchase and use
Classes capped to 9 participants, socially distanced
Personal training sessions capped smaller to allow more space when simultaneous sessions occurring
Accurate record keeping of every client who attends the studio and their contact details will be maintained, to enable quick and effective contact tracing process in the event it is required.
Client protocols:
If you are unwell (coughing, sneezing, runny nose, fever, upset stomach) or have been overseas in past 14 days or been in contact with a suspected COVID case, please do not come to NU Fitness
Hand wash or hand sanitise before AND after all sessions at NU Fitness
NU Reformer participants are encouraged to wear clean grip socks for all sessions
Clients can bring their own towel for studio sessions
All clients are welcome to BYO mats, props, towels and/or water bottles for any sessions
Please maintain 1.5 metre social distancing rules in all sessions
